- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have a standard one time start up fee, monthly management fees for full service management, new lease fee, and a lease renewal fee. We will also customize fees around maintenance coordination, inspection services, and other services if necessary depending on the needs of our clients. Please call to discuss! We pride ourselves on working with our clients to be sure they receive the services they need and want at value pricing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We first like to interview potential clients so that we can assess their property, their expectations of a management company, the amount of expense for services they are expecting to spend, and to see if the owner/management relationship is a positive one. We know that success is based on a healthy relationship for owner and manager and that an understanding of expectations of both owner and manager are clear and achievable. That is our pathway to success!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 30+ years in the corporate world which has given me the guidance and structure to build successful processes for real estate and property management. In addition, I've worked with customers all of my career and property management is a constant endeavor to balance positive and negative situations and to provide solutions utilizing all available resources. I continue to educate myself in real estate, the market economy, and property management to ensure that I remain educated on all the current trends in the industry.
