- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based on the quantity of properties per owner and distance from central Phoenix. I treat each property owner as a valued client and give them the best service possible as I tailor my services to their individual needs. Other companies may charge somewhat less per month, but when you add in their hidden fees, at the end of the year the owner is paying more than I charge in my flat fee. No surprises here! Fees average 8 - 10 percent of gross monthly rent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Evaluate the property for best rental pricing in today's market and provide a quote to the owner for any repairs or maintenance required prior to bringing it to the market. We do not upcharge for this service which is different than most companies out in the marketplace.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?24 hours required every two years in both Arizona and California (48 there). I'm a broker in both states.
