Sheila not only went above and beyond for us in regards to helping purchase our first home, but she was an excellent communicator and middle man for us. Since we were first timers, her knowledge of the real estate market to the finances and down to the minor details of the paperwork, she was able to guide us and teach the process along the way. We were very thankful for her guidance and diligence during this stressful and rewarding house buying journey!

Sheila DeVault initially spent time with me understanding the type of home, price range, location, etc. that I was interested in. She then assisted me with listing research tools and then performed detailed research on homes that I identified as being of interest. She helped me think through these alternatives in a orderly manner and then set up tours of the initial set of choices I had made. One of the homes in our first tour met all my requirements. Sheila worked with me remotely to compose and deliver a purchase offer that was accepted. She then orchestrated all of the inspections and other detailed activities to follow. The closing occurred on schedule and without incident. I am very please with the purchase and with the process Sheila led me through in making it.

I got into real estate because I love law. I really enjoy the law of real estate. Writing the contract and the entire process is very enjoyable to me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I do about 25% listings (sellers) and 75% buyers.
