- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates always depend on the exact project and whether customers are looking for Personal Protection / VIP Agents, Patrol Services, Unarmed Guards, Armed Services, Loss Prevention, and/or investigation services, the longevity of the services needed, and the details relating to the job and all requirements. The more we know about what clients need we can then offer the best rates possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out what problems our clients are facing, walk through their properties, provide investigative surveillance and provide a free risk assessment. At this point, we then talk about possible solutions that best fit the circumstance and what kind of services we can provide, and then work on getting positive results. We make life better for that much-needed peace of mind...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All security staff receive training for/in: de-escalation tactics, self-defense, handcuffing, firearms training, guard training, report writing, ID checking and title 4, lawful detention, search and seizure, crime scene protection, CPR and First Aid, NARCAN, AZ DPS Rules and Regulations, and 8-16 hours OJT. CCW and we invite the public to our CCW, NARCAN, First Aid, and CPR courses.
