Kari's Swim Lessons

Introduction: As a collegiate swimmer and lifeguard throughout my life, I have substantial swim lesson and coaching experience. I work one on one with babies 6 months old all the way through adults; beginners to competitive swimmers looking for an edge on the competition. I stand out because I can provide the technical skills you need to improve on your strokes and efficiency in the water. This is important for young children as well, even if they are not planning to be competitive swimmers. They will be able to move more smoothly through the water and be less likely to become tired. I enjoy seeing the transformation when a child starts experiencing joy rather than fear when they enter the water, or when a person who has always stayed in the shallow end can now jump off the diving board and then float on their back. Being able to swim confidently is literally life changing, and I love that I can provide that for people of all ages.
