Rafael is absolutely incredible! He was so quick to adapt and help us fix all of our electrical outlets and switches. He even caught a hazard that could of been terrible for our home. We are so grateful for Rafael's honest work and we are definitely going to continue to use him in the future! Reach out to Dinomite Pool Care LLC! You won't regret it!!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I look up average cost for the work that I am bidding for and either choose to bid in the exact middle or if it's possible to be at the minimum, that is what I will choose to do. But, I will never overprice a job, because I want my customers to be repeat customers in the future. Handyman work I charge $65 an hour.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I want them to know that they belong to my Dinomite Pool Care Family and we will always take care of them.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certified Pool Operator, Pending A9 B5 License, Certified Residential Wiring, Certified Commercial Wiring, HVAC Diploma from RSI
