- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not complicated. It is based on the forms required to complete your return and how much work is involved in each form.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most requests don't have enough details to understand how we can best work together to solve your tax issues. I start with a phone or (preferably, an in person) discussion of your situation and what help you desire. If I can provide that service I will send an honest quote for the expected cost. If I cannot provide what you need I will inform you and not waste our time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an Enrolled Agent I take at least 30 hours of Continuing Professional Education every year.
