Firstly I have been waiting to write this review from so long. Since I didnt take so much excitement in writing a review for anyone before. Thats how much I was flattered by Debbie Kennedy Events. First time to use event planner in America, I was searching for an expert for my sons first birthday party. On top of it for a very picky and fickle person like me found it very hard to finalize on a professional and make sure I am not getting cheated. The first call I had with her she quickly caught up with me and the theme I had in my mind that assured me that Debbie knows what she is talking especially during our first consultation, me and my husband we were flattered by what she bought to the table. From there on in finalizing the venue, decorations, food and fun activities this couldnt have developed so easily without Debbies expertise. She did a fantastic job and so we're grateful having Debbie help us celebrate our Sons 1st bday! Debbie was very accommodating and attentive to every detail we have agreed during the planning. She did everything firstly hearing to all my requirements, finalizing them and showing me a mock up (like really) and from there on doing everything from set up to clean up. She is purely one of a kind and highly expertized. All my guests were flattered and enjoyed the party so much. We would definitely love love love to work with her again and highly recommend to others...! I would definitely hire Debbie again for any events/parties I may have in the future. Its worth spending money for the great and professional service that she renders. Definitely a five star!!!
What a great service, they helped us plan the event and had just what we needed. The sound and live video at the event was great, everything went as planned The video recording on disk that we received after the event is a great memory.
Everything was FLAWLESS! From set up to execution, I didn't have to worry - they had it all taken care of. From and event planners perspective, I couldn't have asked for anything more!
Reverend Ashby is absolutely astonishing!! She is very well presented, professional and above all is not boring to listen to, by that i mean she keeps the guests attention and nobody falls asleep listening to her. My guests kept complimenting us on our choice of because she was very beautiful and well spoken. They all thought it was neat to have a woman verses the traditional male. She met up with us prior to the wedding and she bought our drinks at starbucks, who else does that!? And we got to choose our own vows instead of the usual traditional or "same old same old" if you will. I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married... She even helps in last minute situations when you don't have a DJ, or vendors, even a venue!! She will forever be a part of our new family, and I'm so thrilled to have gotten our vows emailed to us on a really pretty stationary that i could print! Thank you so much Rev. Ashby!!!
Amy is our go to gal when it comes to almost any larger function we are throwing. Whether personal, or a corporate event, she has helped us in throwing amazing celebrations. Examples of events she's been a part of for our family include weddings (of course!), baby showers, and company parties. When she has been present, I've been able to actually enjoy and be a part of the festivities! She is a gem :)
Where to even begin?? It is hard for me to sum up all of the wonderful ways in which Kate (and her associates) helped to execute our most perfect, dreamy, and timeless wedding day. From our very first phone conversation, I could sense an effortless ease about Kate and her visionary mindset. As a bride who was planning her wedding from out of country (we're from Canada), I knew that having a local contact (scratch that : expert) would be an invaluable resource for our wedding planning. We were referred to Bloom & BluePrint by our photographer- this was a game changing moment for our planning process. Having thought we were on track with everything, looking back on it now, is funny to me. Without hiring Bloom & BluePrint at the time we did (4 months out from our wedding), I can confidently say that we would have never pulled off our vision (which had evolved numerous times and only until working with Kate did we finally reach our final look and feel - in the end, we reached exactly what we didn't know we were striving for). Kate is consistently available by phone, email, and text- I appreciated our various ways of communication...often sending ideas and photos multiple times a day- yet never once did I feel that I was taking too much of her time. She would even check in on me if I hadn't been in touch for a few days- talk about stellar and exemplary service! Once we had our action plan in place, if there were items needing to be sourced locally, Kate would often present several options in varying price ranges to ensure we were able to choose something to fit our budget. Kate always had a gentle way of keeping our vision and budget top of mind- helping to keep our planning on track...she would always encourage us to do what felt right for us, not what the 'wedding industry' tells us to believe we need!!! These checks and balances kept us level headed and also allowed us to truly enjoy our months working with her. Upon arriving in Arizona, we had the opportunity to finally meet in person which was a highlight of our wedding week- Kate is so warm, friendly and charismatic- I couldn't help but feel I'd not only found an incredible vendor but also a friend! I felt so confident knowing Kate had completed so many of our DIY projects, helped source last minute decor items, and assured us that she would be with us every step of the way on our BIG day. I wasn't able to fully appreciate how much work and attention to detail went into the styling of our day until after the wedding ceremony- when I was able to walk around our venue in AWE of how our vision turned into a reality....all thanks to Kate's impeccable taste!!! She knew exactly how to address every small detail and then some- I, along with all of our friends and family, were absolutely impressed with how the venue was presented. We had compliments all day long!!! Throughout the rest of the day, Kate and her associates were there to ensure the plan we had laid out continued to flow smoothly. At the end of the night, they seamlessly packed up our gifts, cards and decor items placing everything together on an organized, well parceled luggage cart from the hotel- and arranged (or did they push it themselves...they're like magic elves, so I should confirm this?! hehe) to have it delivered to my sister in law's room so that we were able to continue to enjoy the evening with our guests. We literally had no duties the entire day other than to enjoy it to the absolute fullest. This is a gift! The gift of time with the people who matter most in your lives- as everyone is there to celebrate you and your spouse, not to worry about hanging florals or setting out placecards. Our day was stress free, thanks to Bloom & BluePrint. I'm unwavering in my support for this business, so much so that I urge you to end your search right this instant and do whatever it takes to hire Bloom & BluePrint to realize all of your wedding dreams- you will not be sorry. I recently threw a huge party to bring together all of my friends and family. Sort of like a family reunion, but a little more fancy. I wanted everyone to enjoy themselves and have a luxurious experience. LaToya, the event planner was amazing! She listened to all of my ideas and made my vision come to life. From the venue, to the decorations, the music, and the catering, which was to die for, she exceeded my every expectation. This girl knows what she's doing and I will definitely be including her in the planning of future events, even my son's 2nd birthday party!
RAY OF BLUE ROSE PRODUCTIONS WAS THE DJ AT MY DAUGHTER'S WEDDING THIS PAST JULY. RAY DOES A GREAT JOB OF GETTING PEOPLE TO JOIN IN THE FUN. HE INSTINCTIVELY KNOWS WHAT MUSIC TO PLAY TO GET PEOPLE TO DANCE AND WHEN TO INTERACT WITH THE AUDIENCE. SOMEHOW HE ALWAYS MANAGES TO HANDLE REQUESTS WITHOUT MISSING A BEAT. HIS SOLE PURPOSE IS TO SEE THAT EVERYONE HAS A GOOD TIME AND ALL HIS CLIENTS' EXPECTATIONS ARE MET. THIS IS THE THIRD EVENT I HAVE HIRED HIM FOR AND WOULDN'T USE ANYONE ELSE. RAY IS THE BEST!
My husband and I recently held our wedding at the Eisendrath House with DJ as our event manager and videographer and let me just say... AMAZING WORK!! We are so incredibly pleased with not only the venue but also the professional and creative approach DJ accomplished with our video.
