FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a new client is to make sure that I understand what they are trying to accomplish. It’s important to have a conversation about their goals and expectations for the project. I usually encourage them to provide visual aids to make sure that I have a clear picture of their vision. Next, we go over the location and outfit details. I think its important to make sure that what your client wants to wear is cohesive in the location that they want to shoot at. After this is finalized, I make sure my client has no other questions before booking a date for their shoot!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the photography industry for ten years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandpa and dad were both avid photographers. I grew up spending a lot of time with my grandpa in his photo studio and naturally I wanted to emulate everything he did. I picked up my first camera at age 14 and was able to work as a second shooter at the young age of 16. It was a roller coaster ride that I fell in love with.
