I've hired Mark from Media 41 for an event in November, so I can't rate the actual work yet, but Mark has gone way above and beyond to make this project work. He has been very easy to work with, responds promptly, and all for a very fair price. I'm looking forward to working with him to create a memorable event.

Mark was a great choice to videograph my wedding! He was professional, showed up to meetings on time, and delivered everything I asked for at a great price!

About this pro

Originality, quality, memorable. These are the three pillars to a good film, no matter what the subject matter is and I utilize them in every project. The enjoyable part is filming, the challenging and fun part is getting the pieces in the right order, presented in a way that's enlightening, emotional, and fun. The people.

    Q & A

    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Reading and re-reading on topics from various sources concerned with filmmaking, especially when talking digital film. From new techniques or styles to very detailed subjects on lighting and audio work. You may have the best (or not so best) equipment out there, but depending on the type of shot needed, lighting especially can make a huge difference. Audio is just as important and unfortunately many filmmakers forget to put it up on their priority list. Much less remembering to turn a mic on or off!
    • What types of customers have you worked with?
Promo spots, short image films, weddings, music videos.
    • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Just because the provider hasn't done work related to your field of business doesn't mean a quality spot cannot be provided. Sometimes it's better: fresh approach, new ideas!
