Matt is an excellent personal trainer. From the first communication with him he understood my needs and my desire to learn more about nutrition and fitness so that I could grasp what worked for my body and make permanent changes. My experience thus far has far exceeded my expectations. My weight loss is on track, my nutrition understanding is becoming second nature and Matt keeps me accountable. I use to go to the gym, but it was a little hard for me to stay focused on my workouts. What I needed was someone to to help me push myself to my limits, Shes positive and is focused on your needs. Some one knowledgeable about their workouts. Nadine is all that. Looking to shred some fat she has many workouts she can choose from. I was satisfied with my first week of working out because the workouts weren't always the same and just when you think you're getting familiar with the workouts she throws in some boxing (my favorite). I was sore all over my body. What I have noticed when I've worked out with her other clients is that she modifies some workout because Not everyone is at the same level of fitness or they have gone through surgery and can't do certain workouts. She finds different workout techniques to do if they feel pain or if it's uncfortable. Another awsome thing about Nadine is that she works around your schedule. She cares for for clients. Results, I have seen results in her other clients and I. If you fallow the meal plan and do the workout you will notice the difference in your level of fitness and in your body. I started towards the end of February- May and currently going and I have seen results all over my body from my calves to my chest, everything is coming into shape. Between being a parent and having a full time job I have been able to make every excuse as to why I dont have time to work out. Then a friend suggested that we start training with Tyson to keep us more accountable. That first workout was far from pretty, but he worked with us at our lack of a fitness level. Our workouts are now something that I look forward to. The fitness boot camp was another chance to get in a great workout at an extremely affordable rate.
I LOVE Kari. I have had several trainers in the past and no one could motivate me like Kari could. I loved her boot camps, personal training sessions And the occasional fat loss challenge. While training with Kari, I lost 20 pounds And about 16 inches all over. She helped me cope with my fathers death by teaching me how to box. If I didn't move out of the area I would be still training with her.
Excellent trainer! When i first started working out, my original goal was to lose weight. Not only did i lose the weight, but also gained the motivation to push myself and change my bad eating habits. When i first started, i was far from doing any strenuous workouts because i had bad form and low endurance. During the time i spent training with Jon, i became so much stronger and faster. Also, with the proper coaching he gave me, a lot of the pains and joint issues i had dissapeared because i was using proper body mechanics! The workouts themselves are surprisingly tough. There were times where i thought the workouts would be easy... Oh man was i wrong. Even the easy looking ones would wear you out because Jon modifies them so that they give you the challenge you need. Not once did i leave a session thinking "that was easy!". As for my diet, it was far from healthy before i started. The advice and plans that he gave me for eating healthy helped so much! Changing my eating habits gave me more energy and helped me lose the weight without having to starve myself. Now i only eat healthy because junk food no longer has the allure it once had. Jon is definetly an excellent trainer. He was always professional, and very attentitve to each person's abilities. Ryan and Jessica are wonderful trainers. They provide you with the tools, knowledge, and workouts you need to keep you encouraged and motivated. I love the variety of the workout routines, boot camps, and they encourage myself to push past my limits. My confidence and ability in performing the exercises just keeps increasing. They give you a solid foundation on nutrition and they keep it simple so you can follow and adjust the diet and still achieve your weight loss goals. They even have services available where they will assist you with grocery shopping and cooking healthy meals. They have small group training classes and bootcamp style classes (strength conditioning or metabolic). They also make the classes fun and everyone encourages one another on. I recommend Flex Fitness to anyone who wants to get in shape, lose weight, gain confidence, and build muscle and endurance. It will be the hardest but best & most fun training session of your life.

I have truly enjoyed my experience with Mike. I have spent many years struggling with weight loss. However my time wIth him has been the one Time. Where I have lost weight and kept it off. The thing that sets him apart from most trainers is that he truly cares about your progress , keeps you motivated, and takes the time to educate. I have had worked on and off previously with Paige while I had another personal trainer and did mainly boot camp classes with her. However, I finally made a permanent switch and have never been happier! I chose to switch to Paige for numerous reasons. While a bootcamp member she always took the time between classes to ensure I understood the movements, asked me about my nutrition, and always followed up with me. She cared not only about me getting results, but getting results the right way. Paige takes the time to learn your goals, strengths, and weaknesses. She works with you on your nutrition, around any potential disabilities (I had a walking boot on and still got a great lower body workout), and makes the workouts fun and interesting. She has also really helped me with my nutrition. I previously had lost 110 lbs and created some unhealthy views about nutrition and my world revolved around my one cheat meal a week and I would feel guilty and workout crazy afterwards. Paige really took the time to explain how food works for the body in terms of working out, eating in moderation, and generally changing my habits for the good.
Been coming to Kevin for last three years. Love the boot camp style of classes. Exercises combinations never repeated. Always something new for creating muscle confusion. Good combination of strength and cardio training.
Tiffney Houston is amazing. I have been doing her boot camp class for a year now and each time, I look and feel stronger. She has helped me lean out and tone up rather quickly within one year. I love her ideas and she is always willing to hear the ideas of her members in the class as well and actually implement them into the trainings. I am very proud of her. I have been training with Patrick for a little over a year and he is, and the training has been awesome. You get out of it what you put in to it! Even though you reach a goal, he will pat you on the back and then kick you in the shin in one swift movement to make you work that much harder! ;) Seriously, he will evaluate where you are, where you want to be and tailor a workout schedule that works for you by mixing things up so you are not doing the same routine all the time, but still hitting all the muscle groups. Patrick can handle one person, two people or a boot camp and still pays close individual attention to your form and posture, even from across the room! He will not let you hurt yourself! (slacking or cutting any corners get noticed immediately.) You will start off by keeping a food log that he will review, then make suggestions about your nutritional value intake so your fuels and your muscles can work together for the most good. At last count, I had lost a combined 19 inches from waist, hips, thighs and arms. Oh, I should mention that I am a 50+ female. All I can say, is if Patrick can get those types of results from a middle aged woman, give him a shot and see what he can do with you! I dare you!

Tim Lyons Those were the words that forever changed my life forever. I started my journey at Pulse Fitness on January 10th, signing up for the DC Ranch Biggest Loser Challenge. It has been one of the most positive experiences of my life. I tried different gyms and different diets but they offered nothing more than a temporary fix. Nothing I was doing would last longer than a couple of months. Not one of these gyms, diets, trainers, programs have been able to make an all encompassing change in my life. I have lost weight before, but never a meaningful long lasting way. That is until I came to Pulse Fitness where I learned how to change my lifestyle, and make physical well being a part of my life. At Pulse Fitness I was told on day one that it was going to be difficult, but completely worth it and those words were true. I spent 12 weeks challenging myself physically and mentally, and would and will do it again in a heartbeat. The first week was tough, and by the second week my trainer Todd helped me find out what my physical limitations were and how to push past them. There is nothing better than knowing your limits and how hard you can push yourself in a workout. The whole experience was tailored towards preparing me to make it outside the competition. I learned so much about food and how to make healthy delicious recipes. The biggest life lesson was my fitness diary. I logged and documented everything I ate as well as my workouts. The workouts were HARD but so much fun. I have never been to a gym that puts so much thought in to their workouts. Boot camps and personal training sessions were never the same always different and challenging. Pulse Fitness is by far the most creative gym with their workouts! I never thought I would be able to flip a tractor tire, throw a sledge hammer around or even push a truck with my two hands! Things I never dreamed of came true at this gym. Something else happened I started to believe in myself again. Look forward to working out, seeing friends at boot camp and especially making my trainers proud. . It is now my forth month at Pulse Fitness and I am currently down 54 pounds! I am continuing my workouts at boot camp as well as with my amazing personal trainer Todd. He has changed my life forever. I am building muscle changing my metabolism and finding that living a normal life is complete possible with the right tools. When I started with Fierce & Fit back in 2011, I was not using the proper form when I was lifting weights. I had weak arms, I could not do more than 5 push-ups without taking a break after each one and I did not know much about nutrition. Today,I have learned the proper way to lift weights to prevent injuries, my arms have strengthen to where I can do 25 push-ups without stopping. The biggest success is, I learned how to enjoy food without depriving myself. I was taught there is no food that is off limits. I have to plan for it. It is no different from me planing a trip to Itay. If I want to go, I have to budget and plan for it. It has been long journey and I am still learning. I would not have made it this far if it was not for the dedication and commitment of Samaiyah from Fierce & Fit For Life.
I worked with Arthur for 1 year. He is friendly, motivating, encouraging and knowledgable at what he does. He not only helped me learn new weight lifting workouts he makes sure you are using correct form to prevent injury and make each workout count. I looked back at my workouts from the first month and its crazy how much stronger i got, and also a big difference in muscle growth and definition. Like the bench press for example. I started out struggling to get even 8 reps of 135lbs. By end of our year i benched 300lbs. He was always getting one more rep out of me whe. I thought i was done. He's always there to give tips, advise and just cool to talk to. Also does a really good boot camp class i highly recommend if you get a chance. I would recommend Arthur to anyone and would train with him again.
While visiting my son in AZ for a month, I wanted to continue my workout regime. I do a boot camp here in Charleston SC and went to a park there in Queen Creek to workout. I ran into Tiffany while she was working out with a client, and they both asked me to join in. After that first workout I was hooked. I hired her to work with me that month. She encouraged me with my strengths and helped me understand my weaknesses. I always thought I was doing my triceps dips correctly. After her instruction, I now know how to do them properly. After one month I felt so much stronger, and I will go back home with so much more knowledge that will help me with my workouts. I strongly recommend Tiffany as a personal trainer, no matter if you are a beginner or experienced. She is fantastic.
Jerry is a dedicated and experienced personal trainer and brings goal setting upon completion of his assessment after your first workout. Over time as your achieve your goals ( mine were strength and overall conditioning after double knee replacement surgery).We have moved on to additional goals of weight loss and nutrition planning which we achieve by a combination of cardio kick boxing, daily boot camps ( the Saturday ones are special) and personal training sessions. Results: Feel great, greater strength and balance, strong core and yes down 40 lbs. Excellent person who wants YOU to succeed.
I first met Mitch through a group fitness class at the gym. I was immediately drawn to his positive nature and his commanding control in the group fitness environment. His energy is motivating and contagious. Mitch is passionate about his work as a trainer and invests it relationships with his clients, pushing them to be intrinsically motivated to achieve their fitness goals. I have benefited first hand from Mitch's group fitness classes, boot camps and personal training sessions where he has pushed me further than what I had been able to do on my own. My fitness journey is better off because I have been privileged to work with Mitch. I highly recommend him no matter what your fitness level, from beginner to advanced he will support, train and push you to exactly what YOU need.
Rock Solid Fitness is a great and fun place to work out. I work in the office building next to Rock Solid building and found it be a good place to go for lunch and get a great work out. Tim (the Trainer) offers Kick Boxing, Zumba, & Boot camp, along with work out equipment, if you are not into classes. I go to each one of classes with my co workers at lunch time. We get a good work out with lots of fun and laughter. He has now added another Zumba class so we can get an extra work out on Thursday. If you have not join yet I would suggest you do so. I started with a bad shoulder and with Tim's training, I can do things I could not do before with out pain. I feel so much better then I have in along time. Tim will work with you so you can get the best work out for your needs. I am very pleased with Rock Solid Fitness and Tim, & will be going as long as it is there.
