- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The sitting fee is non refundable and is what books/holds your requested date/time on my calendar. Life happens and if your session needs to be rescheduled, with reasonable notice, your session can be rescheduled within 30 days of your original session date. For some locations there may be an additional travel fee. This will be sent in your quote, with your deposit fee invoice after booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. They get booked on the calendar 2. They pay the non refundable fee to hold date 3. They get an email going thru the specifics and asking questions of the session they booked 4. After questionnaire is filled in and sent back we set a planning call. Can be done via phone/FaceTime/ video messenger .. 5. After planning call they get an email with notes from the planning call 6. 1 week out from scheduled date we touch base and confirm 7. 2 days out text message is sent to confirm 8. Shoot time! 9. Feedback email sent out after shoot is done … links for reviews included 10. Images delivered within 3-5 business days, sneak peak posted and tagged on social media when applicable
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience as a full time, professional, life photographer.. traveling and shooting throughout the state of Arizona and Utah. I offer several online, go at your own pace photography courses. One for kids, one for adults, and one to do with your smartphone. I also offer a free family history photo challenge, as well as a online content image creation and automation course for solo premiers/small businesses.
