Latest Review: Nic became my personal trainer when I was 64 years old and was unaccustomed to any exercise beyond a leisurely walk with my dog. When she first introduced me to light hand weights, squats, lunges, and planks, I thought, "Are you kidding me?!" My thighs rebelled at the thought of a squat and I didn't have a clue what a plank was. I'm grateful for Nic's training technique. She made me work hard, but not to the point of being discouraged. Instead, she gently encouraged me to push myself beyond what I thought I could do. Today those squats and lunges are much easier, I have some muscle tone in my arms, and I can do a plank! More importantly, my blood pressure is lower and I'd like to think I'm warding off osteoporosis. I feel wonderful--thanks, Nic!
