This company is out of control. They stood us up on Friday April 11 without calling, Arrived 1 hour late on Tuesday again without calling. They send out a 19 year old teenager to address the dryer and he spends 15 minutes here to tell us the dryer is fine. Then they want $149.95 for their work. I tried to resolve the price with patience and consideration but the teenager slams my door and peels out when he leaves. I called the owner to work out the price but they were rude and could care less.
We offered $50 for his 15 minutes of fame but they countered with $75.00. As a business owner Pruitt's practices are less than professional and I advise the owner to send an Invoice for
$75.00 and the owner hung up the phone.
