- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hope is that I can meet each customers needs, without them feeling unsure about what they are getting. I will give you a quote you can understand, and feel good about the honesty of it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal contact is always best, like I said above, listen carefully and you will know. I like to get to know my customers, so I can best help their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained by working for my sister and her husband. Their company has the highest ratings in Utah. Our family believes in taking care of you first.
