Introduction: I am able to perform mechanical design, 3D modeling, plastic injection-molded parts design, sheet metal design, machined components, enclosures and electronic packaging, detail drawings, and assemblies. I am an advanced user of the latest CAD tools, including Pro-E Wildfire, Creo, AutoCad, Solidworks, CorelCad, CorelDraw, etc. I have played lead roles in the development and implementation of interdepartmental processes and procedures, addressing the issues of life cycle/configuration management, materials management, manufacturing, change control, part numbering systems, incoming inspection, quality control systems, and compliance and regulatory. I am intimately familiar with the significant business issues involved in bringing products to market. I have recent experience in medical devices, including Six Sigma, FDA/ISO in design and manufacturing. I can provide the skills and CAD tools to assist with your project.
