Introduction: We are a full-service catering company just getting started. We have a verity of foods to offer and also multiple ways of serving them. We can provide a buffet style meal, sit-down dinner, deli trays or a hotdog cart. We will service a birthday party, corporate event, wedding or just a party with friends and family.
Whatever your occasion, we can provide the food and positive service.
Our website is currently set up with all menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner and also includes the hotdog cart packages.

I work for a company that is licensing the Progresso name and launching a new line of products. To help build product awareness, we hosted Back to School Lunch Events for teacher conferences and PTA boards across the country. I had the great pleasure of working with Lorelei for one of these events in Queens Creek that hosted ~85 attendees. Our situation was more challenging than typical events because we were using our frozen pastas and sauces which required Lorelei to redeem coupons at Albertsons grocery store in exchange for boxes upon boxes of these products. Given the limited quantity of these products at individual stores she had to go to multiple stores to pick up enough to cover this event - not an easy task with an already busy schedule.
In addition, Lorelei did a phenomenal job of staying in contact via phone and email (being that I was catering from a different state) and always providing timely responses to my questions. What amazed me the most was her enthusiasm and flexibility given the challenges including the event coordinator cancelling 3 days before the event! I was beyond stressed out but it didnt deter Lorelei she managed to find a solution, coordinate with the school and pull the event together AND accommodate an additional 30 attendees in the 11th hour! She truly saved the day. Lastly - she arrived/set up in a timely manner, the food presentation was terrific and the costs were incredibly reasonable. The event attendees raved about everything. All around it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend working with Lorelei and Lickity Splits Catering.
