My experience began positive. Sending an email on a non-work day after hours, I didn't expect a response right away, but I got one. Marissa did our engagement photos last October. We loved them! She was unfortunately unable to do our wedding as planned but Kelly and Filippo stepped up and rocked the day. Kelly was more than just a photographer, when she saw a problem she helped solve it. She was so professional and easy to get along with. The quality of photos we received were wonderful. I was very picky on who our photographer for the day would be and they nailed it! I've been recommending them prior to seeing my photos from them and now having my photos back, I will continue to rave! They always responded and didn't make me worry that I was forgotten. They always made sure they knew what was most important for my husband and I to capture. I highly recommend

Kelly and Filipo did amazing on our engagement photos and the editing was stunning! Marissa took our wedding photos and she was super efficient and amazing and I can’t wait to see the final photos! Kelly & Filippo are incredible! I could not believe the sheer volume of photos they took at our wedding. The results were absolutely incredible. Of course they got the big shots, but what I was so unbelievably impressed with were the tiny moments they were able to capture so beautifully. My favorite photos of the wedding aren't the staged ones(even though those turned out wonderful!), it's the candid shots of my kids with family, the friends all laughing and enjoying each others company, and especially those intimate, candid moments between me & my bride. Could not recommend them more!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is a VERY high level of professional customer service standard we meet with all our clients, and all their guests! We build a wedding-day timeline, giving suggestions based on each couple's vision and needs.
