Excellent. He's friendly and likes things done right even if that means it takes a little longer. He installed safety bar's and a toilet. Plus did some drywall. Along with that he also installed blinds for our sliding door. My family would hire him again.

Hi! I began using Jake in May for several bits of work. Repairing drywall, check! replacing electrical stuff, check! Measuring and cutting to replace animal destroyed wood frame, check. AND did I mention he's reasonable, no? well, he is. Also, he's polite and professional. On various jobs, too many to mention at our home and a rental we own he's more than a handy man, so if your needing plumbing, yep, he does that too. Hangs your curtain rods, new bathroom fixtures, etc, etc....
