- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to have consistent pricing but with inflation and paying for gas it can vary at times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the person on the phone. Before we even formally meet. Just so I can get a feel for what the person may need ahead of time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had two years of dog training school. Where I learned a lot from reading books, listening to and going to seminars and hands on training with shelter and rescue dogs. As well as working in a cage free doggie daycare where anything can happen.
