- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find the right partner and sometimes you need to forget about the price. I've seen to many businesses select a consulting firm over price only to find themselves stuck with poor documentation, bad plans and deployments taking twice as long because they wanted to save a little upfront. Budgets are tough, I get it, I've been there in a fortune 40 company. Spend the time to get the right fit at the right cost, but don't walk away from the right fit to save a few dollars because you will likely end up spending later on somewhere.
