Sandra and her staff were professional, courteous and attentive. She set up a gourmet style dinner for 50 guests for my daughter's birthday party. I was impressed with the quality and presentation of her food and so were all my guests. What I really liked about Sandra was her integrity to not only make sure every detail was perfect but also keeping me updated every step of the way and going out of her way to provide more than she promised. For example, she secured a pastry chef for my daughter's birthday cupcakes as an added service. She also brought extra staff to insure there were servers available to refill drinks and help serve guests (which was above and beyond my expectations). I didn't have to do a thing. She came in, set up, tore down, cleaned up and even packaged leftovers for us to keep. Sandra also made alternative dishes for my guests who requested it without hesitation. I would recommend her for any event big or small as she clearly is well connected in the area. By far the best private chef in the valley. I used Sandra for a surprise bday present for my wife, just the two of us. I had never used a private chef before and was afraid to once I started interviewing because they would push what they knew how to cook and I wasn't sure I was being listened to. Sandra was the opposite. She never forced anything, she just listened to what I wanted and then sent me a menu that was exactly what I had envisioned and more. The one other criteria I had and told Sandra was I wanted a meal that my wife could not compare to any restaurant. I wanted something unique that tastes so good, it was incomparable. And she delivered! In the end, the food was amazing, the menu consisted of a lobster appetizer, amazing arugula salad just the way we like it, a filet like none other for me and salmon with pineapple and mango that my wife loved and couldn't compare to any restaurant, and for my wife (a huge dessert lover) Sandra made both "berries in heaven" (absolutely amazing) and a chocolate fondant (equally amazing)! I cannot express enough that Sandra was the perfect choice, delivered an amazing meal, provided incredible service, and was just a pleasure to have in our house and even more of a pleasure to eat her food! We are now planning on using her on an on-going basis because how could you not?! Better than restaurant quality food, amazing service, highly competitive pricing, and all with the convenience of being in your own home! What an amazing experience! So, to make a long review short, just hire her, you won't be sorry!

I do a lot of special occasion family dinners and romantic dinners for two. Receptions, buffet dinner parties, plated formal dinners, bachelorette parties, coctail parties, private and group cooking lessons, Mother's Day brunches/breakfast in bed, weddings, baby showers, bar/ bat mitzvah. Weekly and daily meal deliveries, in home personal meal preparations, special chef demo/ interactive luncheons. Holiday dinners and BBQ. Healthy and restricted diet meals, low sodium, diabetic. I use healthy, as much local ingredients as possible. Good food made really well!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As part of the hiring process, always have the chef cook a meal for you. that way you will know their style and their skill level.
