- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive. We tend to be more affordable than other similar services. We can quote a per person pricing or a total project pricing. We work with the customer and their budget to try to accommodate as much as possible so they can get their money’s worth and have an event they can be happy about. We offer discounts on a case by case. We have no hidden fees: the total we quote is what you pay, after taxes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is my favorite part. I like to take a custom, personal approach. I know all my customers by name. They like to share with me their diet, preferences and likes and dislikes. They ask for specific things and I make sure they get exactly what they asked for. Customizing our menu to fit our customers’ needs is what we do best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cooking my whole life. As a child, I cooked traditional Mediterranean food with my grandmother. As I got older, I started to explore Mediterranean fusion dishes and flavors from my travels throughout Europe and the Middle East. Home-cooked dishes are our specialty. Every dish is made from scratch with raw ingredients, herbs and seasonings.
