Working with Travis was amazing. I found myself pretty overwhelmed with the time line and selecting the songs for my wedding. Travis was gracious enough to help me every step of the way by suggesting songs and helping with the time line. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing varies depending on season, day of the week, and length of service. Each quote it based off the details you provided. However, I option many different options to meet your request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. Discussing package options and rates. 2. FaceTime, Skype, or phone call to make sure we are a good fit. 3. Email contract and invoice for deposit. 4. Check in with the client about once a month to say hello. 5. About 3 weeks out I will check the details of the event to see if anything changed. 6. I require music and timeline 10 days prior. 7. Work the event. I also encourage clients to contact me a much as they need. I'm happy to answer questions or assist with timelines, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I did not attend a DJ college or take course. But spend about 25 hours a week mixing music.
