FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I stumbled upon Health and Fitness back in 2006. I was a Baseball player, I started Lifting weights not really knowing what I was doing but I achieved some success in the process and my friends and peers took notice that my body fat was dropping and my shirts were getting tighter from increase in muscle mass. Slowly but surely people starting asking for advice and what I was doing. It grew on me, I started reading more about it and asking my PE teachers about it. After I graduated High School I wanted to go to college to study this for a profession and I did. I went to Glendale Community College for 2 years.I then got my Personal training certificate and started working in the field and continued on to earn my Bachelors in Exercise and Wellness from ASU and here I am today, doing what I love and making a difference.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get to know the trainer to see if they value you as much as you value them. We as people have a great character judgement that " gut feeling" if you will. Trust that , if you don't feel comfortable with your trainer then they probably aren't the best trainer for you. Find someone you can communicate with on a professional & personal level , this goes a long way in having success.
