Latest Review: I did two 8 week programs and they worked out great!
Rob did a great job of helping me achieve my goal for the first 8 weeks by slimming me to a comfortable weight so I can advance to strength training. With the next 8 week workout program, he was able to target my goals. I feel great and I am showing some muscle definition that I wanted achieve. Not to mention I feel stronger each day I leave the gym.
Rob Brown definitely understood my goals by assisting me in healthier food choices, providing a good exercise program that fit my needs and not to mention, he was there every time I had a question.
Without his help, motivation and desire to help me in my fitness goals I would not feel great! And his expertise motivates me to continue my fitness goals!
Did I mention, I ran my first half marathon?!
