Stephan was helpful beyond my expectations and taught me the basic difference between a Quit Claim Deed and a Special Warranty Deed. He will be performing this complicated (to me) task with ease as he is very knowledgeable. He replied quickly and was the only one of the three paralegals who responded. That's fine with me. I only needed one person who knew what he was doing. He answered my many questions over the phone, and I was sold on him.
