Had a kitchen remodel remover 2x4 flourescent lights and added LED recessed cans. Also had him add a couple circuits for my wood shop in the back. Alena quote was around the middle range not too high not too low but the work was quality. There were some quotes that came in low but they were unlicensed electricians Farris Electric is a licensed contractor and you can tell the difference. I suggest you do your homework when dealing with electrical it's not a joke make sure you hire someone whose responsible bonded and insured.
David did an outstanding job adding multiple outlets in my garage. he demonstrated a high level of knowledge regarding electrical installations and was very reasonable in his pricing. Very punctual arriving to work with good communication on arrival times and etc. I have already requested that he return in the near future to do additional electrical work. Highly recommend.
We were very satisfied with the job done by Joseh Nasert. Scheduling was easy; he even called to move up our appointment when he had a cancellation. He arrived promptly and completed the work (mounting a TV) quickly and neatly. He hooked up the TV and patiently explained how to use the remote, the apps, how to dismantle the mount, etc. The price was very reasonable; in fact, he charged less than other contractors/businesses we called. He is also licensed with the state Registrar of Contractors, which also made us want to work with him. In short, great price, great work, nice guy. We would use Phase Electric again.
Matt is a true professional who takes pride in his work. He has an affable personality, clean, and well mannered. Kept me informed about what he was doing, which was much appreciated. I had previously purchased some wrong parts, so he went to the store and exchanged them and didn't charge any extra. He is obviously very intelligent about home maintenance, not just electrical repairs. His price was very fair and showed that he's not in the business of overcharging. GOOD WORK FOR A FAIR PRICE !! He deserves high praise for a job well done and I would recommend him to anyone needing home repairs.
My wife had found a listing for Sparkee Electric and called and Reyman answered and he and I made an appointment for him to come out to the new house that we had just bought. Although it is a new house for us it is in fact an older house by AZ standards, and in need of a great deal of help. Reyman and I worked on the electrical box outside and he worked on it twice. The last time he replaced all the breakers for me, as the box in his professional opinion was a hazard being old and not replaced. He paid out of his own pocket for the circuit breakers (I still owe him) and did the best he could do without replacing the entire box, which probably needs to be done. He also rewired a light and fan unit in my bedroom, which was not easy, as he and I had to go to Home Depot and get what was needed for the job. He stayed overtime to get the job done RIGHT!! Many contractors would not have done that. I am really impressed by Reyman's work ethic and personality. He is very easy to work with and is competent at what he does. He will not overcharge you for his work, and if anything, he may undercharge you for his work. I highly recommend Reyman for any electrical work you may want done, and I do NOT recommend someone unless I am certain he can do the job well.
Josh & his partner arrived on time, were professional and obviously knew what they were doing. The job was finished within a few hours, as expected. Two TVs were wall-mounted, electrical boxes were moved, cables were pulled and concealed, and the new, smart TV was programmed. Josh did a great job for half the estimate given by Best Buy. Great value!! I highly recommend Streamline Audio Video.
The job went as planned. A Small electrical project. Did everything he said he would ON time ON Budget Highly recommend.
The ceiling in a rental apartment was cut open from the restoration company to put a fan in to dry out. I had 3 contractors not show up to complete the job and a displaced tenant. I found Ben, and within 5 minutes he replied to my request. Two hours later he was at the job site, and after another 2 hours the job was completed! Ben came on time as promised and completed the job! I would not hesitate to hire Ben in the future. Thank you Ben
Tom was great. Came on such a short notice and on time. He also hanged my low voltage transformer on the wall when it wasn't part of the job. Very professional and will use again.
Had some trouble connecting a new smart thermostat due to lower than needed voltage to the thermostat. Ken was easy to communicate and readily available. Price was very reasonable and service was even better. He even put booties on his shoes to enter the house after being in the attic. Took the time to install a needed part to prevent further issues in case of a short. Put everything back together and cleaned up very nicely as if no one was here. Will save Ken's information and contact when needed and refer him to others. Thanks Ken!!
Clinton was very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely use him again for any electrical installation.
Scott always showed up when he said he would, [my roof job took a few days,] he used good materials, not the low end stuff. also did a great job, and a good guy to talk to.
John was wonderful. This project started out as a simple replace some patio wood that had some water damage. It turned into a LOT more than that. John kept with it the whole way, helping us save money where we could. But, the project ended up costing 7 or 8 times more than we had anticipated. Not because of anything John did, but because of how bad the water damage was. John got it fixed using some sub-contractors for painting and roof work, with no problem. Great job John! I highly recommend him for your project! Scott M.
I must start by saying that Dave does exceptionally good work. I have used other contractors for previous homes and by far Dave's quality surpasses them all. What I like is that he actually takes part in doing the work and has a helper or two to sped up the process. He first painted the interior of my home almost 2500 sq ft. He had very straight lines where there was a change of color. He sprayed the ceiling, doors and trim which is what I wanted cause that gives the nicest look. He repaired some of the drywall for a reasonably extra charge. There were only a few places where the painting had a drip mark. But he repaired them after bringing it to his attention. All in all, he is a darn good painter. He also installed Engineered Hardwood flooring through out most of the house almost 1500 sq ft. He was very clean. There was no glue tracked around my home as I have had with a previous experience. And oh his transitions that he installed without the t-molding looked so clean. It looks amazing. My visiting guests comment on my wood floors all the time. Dave installed 5 inch baseboards and crown molding throughout my entire home. This was like frosting on the cake. When it was done, my home was starting to come together. His precise cutting of every piece of wood left little to no gaps to be filled in with caulking. By far Dave knows his trades and I'd like to call him The Master of a Few! I will definitely use his services in the future and I highly recommend his work. Use him for flooring, trim or painting. He is definitely good at it.
Southwest CCTV installed an 8 camera system with DVR at my home. Their work was very professional and the cameras give me nice views of the perimeter of my home. I had another contractor give me an estimate for additional work and they even commented on how well the cameras were installed. When a glitch occurred with the DVR recording, I contacted Southwest CCTV via email and the problem was resolved in short order. Overall I am happy with the system and I whole heartedly recommend their service.
the job was a fairly extensive combination of new framing and remodel. Pre-wire for internet and cable in 3 bedrooms, living room, and laundry room/work space. Put control panel in laundry room. Remove all prior low voltage wire from around perimeter of house, attic, and walls. Remove antenna and satellite dish from roof. Shane was able to get the work done within our budget. His communication is excellent. He worked long hours to try to complete it in one day, but was not able. He was there early the next day to wrap up. I will use him again, for sure.
OmGosh... I wish there were more stars I could give Noah to describe his professionalism, responsiveness, efficiency and wonderful attitude. I would hire and recommend Noah to all my friends for all future low voltage wiring jobs around the house and business place! After contacting several techs to install security cameras in my home, I found many did not want to deal with such a "minuscule" job. They either referred me to electricians, overpriced their labor, or had a reasonable hourly rate, but gave it a second priority attitude. As soon as I contacted Noah he responded within a day to all my e-mails, discussed options and gave me the best estimate that worked with my budget and the special doorbell I wanted installed! Above all Noah does great work, is very knowledgeable not only in his trade, but knows quite a bit in all trade fields. I also wanted to mention Noah is very innovative, comfortable planning and executing custom projects, and very budget minded for his clients. I would recommend Noah to anyone I know. Keep up the good work!
since we take pride in what we do, our work looks like it. when we finish you can't tell that it wasn't the original color that was on the walls.
