I can’t say enough positive comments about my amazing experience working with Shannane! First, her reply time and communication with me was extremely fast. Secondly, she showed up when she said she would, and greeted me with a very ‘can do’ attitude. I am a relatively organized person, but I needed help condensing and organizing my home, garage and large storage unit at a storage facility. And lastly, Shannane’s skills, ideas, incredible energy, and positive attitude helped me achieve my goal! I needed a strong leader to get me started and when I got sidetracked, but also a professional teammate to work alongside me. I thoroughly enjoyed her gentle guidance and helpful tips, as I made some difficult and emotional decisions about what items stayed or left my possession. She worked incredibly hard and remained a patient cheerleader as we sorted through ALL of my belongings. By the time we were done, I felt an immense weight lifted off of my shoulders! EXTREMELY impressed with Shannane and her ability to work magic in a short amount of time. My house was extremely cluttered to the point of not wanting the pizza delivery guy to peek inside. After her help, tonight I am hosting family from out of town and excited to entertain them and show them my home thanks to her hard work. She is very organized (duh) and I can tell that she adapts to each persons communication styles etc. she has great ideas on how to easily maintain my home and offers resourceful solutions that have little or no cost. Inviting someone into your house to almost literally have them looking through your duty laundry is scary - but Shannne made me feel very comfortable and we laughed while we worked. Some projects I have worked on with her and some she has started and completed on her own - she's good at working autonomously and checking in. We are also undergoing modeling of our entire house and she took the extra time to get me quotes and additional resources for storing things in a pod until the work on the house is don. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Relocation Moving across town, or across the country? We offer organized solutions to help make the moving process less stressful. Purging of unwanted items prior to packing the contents of the home saves money, time, and space during and after the move. It's recommended if you have allowable time during your relocation. Estimate and/or shop for the supplies needed to pack the entire home. A list will be provided to you. I can shop or you can if you choose. Supplies are additional and not included in pricing. Boxes, bubble wrap, foam, furniture covers, tape. etc. Removal of unwanted items. I do provide a charity donation receipt. Items are taken to the charity of your choosing. I do not remove items for resale/consignment. Careful packaging and detailed labeling, of the contents of your home. Unpacking. Light cleaning of kitchen and bath cabinets, counters, appliances, closet shelves dusted. We also install shelf liners and organizing systems, at clients request. Staging Staging a home for sale is proven to increase the sale price of a home. De-cluttering, storing or removal of personal belongings such as family photos, valuable artwork or possessions, etc. will save time, money, space. It will also give the space an open feel. This also protects your belongings from possible damage or theft while on the market and open to the public. - How did you get started doing this type of work?I've always had a talent for being organized. I started in the business by coincidence when another mom in the neighborhood always commented how clean and put together our house was. she asked for help because she was feeling overwhelmed! I spent 2- 1/2 days with her! After this people just started to ask for help and that is when it all started. It is always rewarding to make people happy and get them ahead, even in the smallest ways. I also wanted the flexibility and independence of being my own boss. As well as the freedom to serve each of my clients with my full attention.
