Introduction: Hi, my name is Cory Schidler. I am focused on delivering results via an excellent workout experience and customized meal plans. We can meet at my private personal training studio or at your home or clubhouse. I work with men and women over 40 years old, my oldest client is 96 years old. Whether you need weight loss, core conditioning, toning, stronger muscles, improved cardiovascular endurance, better balance, or just feel better, I will work closely with you to find the perfect fitness program for you. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Behavior Change Specialist and Certified Golf Fitness Coach with over 25 years of experience. My prices are reasonable, and I can create custom packages to accommodate your budget. Because of my experience and education, I can work with a wide range of clients. I have a bachelor's degree in exercise science and am certified by the American Council on Exercise and Titleist Performance Institute. I can help you reach your goals. I love seeing the excitement people have when they reach their goals and am looking forward to working with you.

Upon my arrival at his well appointed facility he ascertained exactly what my needs were and immediately set about evaluating my abilities and tailored a program to suit. I found this fantastic gym through Thumbtack. Cory replied promptly to all the emails I sent. The gym is very clean with great facilities , toilets and shower all spotlessly clean. I worked with Alex there and he is amazing , very knowledgable and gives a great workout. I haven't worked with Cory but have seen him with other people and was impressed as well. Both Cory and Alex are very friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of parking spaces close by so that isnt an issue. To anyone considering one on one training I would highly recommend this gym and personally I can't wait to go back there

Our typical process for working with a new customer is to meet and discuss if the program is a good fit for the new customer. In the meeting we will cover the health history, goals, motivation, schedule, and price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in Exercise Science. Certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Titleist Performance Institute, and American Heart Association. 25 years full time experience as a certified personal trainer.
