Mike at Top Property Shop is wonderful! He has by far exceeded my expectations of a management company. I was previously working with a management company that did not meet my expectations (to say the least). After meeting with three different companies, I decided to give Mike at Top Property Shop a try. I was not disappointed! Not only are his rates fair, he is very responsive, professional and personable. He was able to find a great tenant for my property and has taken care of my condo as if it were his own. I would definitely recommend working with Rich at ARPM. His team helped me through all the painful stuff of managing my rental from out of town. My rental is in Scottsdale, but I moved back to Seattle two years ago to be closer to my sister. He runs with everything that I give him. A+ property manager in my book.

Service Star Realty has been everything we wanted in a property management company. When we found a home that we loved, Service Star had us the keys within 2 weeks. They made the daunting process of becoming tenants quick and seemless! They were very transparent when it came to signing a lease and there were no hidden fees or clauses. They have been very responsive to maintenance requests and are always quick to check and make sure all is being taken care of. I have to say, I am pleasantly amazed. My apartment looks nothing short of spectacular. Dawn took her time and when I say she is detail oriented, I mean exactly that. She cleaned everything and anything. My apartment hasn't looked this clean since I first moved in. I plan on calling A Woman's Touch again in the future, also referring to others whenever possible. Not much makes me happier than a clean home and she honestly went above and beyond!

Doug has done a spectacular job in a very short time. He is extremely professional, always thinking how to make it better. After giving our prior property management their 30 day notice. I was informed at that time that there were 3 apartments to be cleaned and 3 had been vacant for better than 3 weeks. He had them filled before the apartments were done. He is highly recommended, professional, prompt turn around and very easy to work with. He always arrives early for appointments, Doug is punctual, articulate and we cannot say enough things about him. We are VERY pleased with the quality of Dougs work.
