- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a minimum charge. Films can vary on price and some frame types can have extra labor involved. Most films pay back in energy savings with in 2 years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We install from the inside. We have to remove blinds and drapes. we need access to the glass as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the manufacturer. I am authorized to teach installation and product information. Many of the techniques that are used come from RND projects we was involved in.. I am also a tester for new products.
