I agree with Andrew, and would be upset as well. I recently uploaded the Thumbtack app to my phone, and did not receive his response, nor do I see it listed in my email nor my requests section on the site. I have contacted Andrew and am happy to work with him. In the meantime I hope Thumbtack can unravel what went wrong. I have not had any issues prior to this time, and have been very satisfied over the years with the site and quality of clients I have worked with. I will continue to use and provide excellent service for my clients. Again, my apologies to Andrew.
