- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
4.5% commission to list/sell your house. I only get paid if your house sells. Property management: Our property management services vary depending on the monthly rate of your lease price. We do not charge anything to list your property, we charge 0 reserves. We only get paid a percentage of what your property rents for (small percentage) and we only begin to get paid if we lease your home. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain by working with our office with property management services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on what type of service is being offered we usually do a initial consultation either over the phone or on site at the property or office. Once we get the general idea of your end result goals, we lay the foundation at begin the process of getting you to that goal as quick as possible within the time frame requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the Designated Broker / Owner of Invest Smart Real Estate Pros. I complete 24 hours of continuing education every 24 months like all the Realtors plus the Brokers Management clinics which is another 6 hours of education on top of what is already required by regular licensed Realtors. I also attend mortgage clinics, title clinics, and other clinics that help keep me on top of my game with updated information yearly.
