Had my air conditioning stop at 3am, looked on this app around 6am and they were the first to respond to me and make it easy to communicate with them. Same day service, with a short 3 hour window. Damien was our technician. He arrived on time and went right to work. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Explained what he was doing and was more then willing to answer any questions i had. Took the time to explain what was going on and what he thought was the problem. He was correct with everything he said and the house is back to being cold and comfortable. Would DEFINITELY use them again. 5 STARS!!!!

My experience with Jeff Crone from Air Support was outstanding. I have been considering removing and replacing all of the original duct work in my home from 1979 for some time and interviewed several HVAC and Duct Work companies before making a decision. I chose not to go with other companies for several reasons including inflated pricing, lack of responsiveness, and lack of expertise. From start to finish, Jeff demonstrated professionalism, was always on time, took the time to listen and understand what the underlying problems were. Based off his extensive experience with duct work, he created a cohesive plan that made sense and worked well for my home. Jeff had pointed out several problem areas that other companies failed to mention or even address. He was thorough in his work and patient with all my questions. Aside from that, the project was priced fairly. I highly recommend Air Support.
