Rob came out, looked at the area where I needed new electric installed, and determined what was needed after discussing what my request was. He gave me an estimate and scheduled the appointment. He was here on time, communicated through the process, and afterward, he reduced the amount due to the amount of time it took him to do the job. He ran conduit and wire from the breaker box to my garage (other side of the house). If you want someone who is honest and is particular about the work being done, you should give Arthur’s A-Team a call.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 1 hour sevice call will be billed at $149 this includes the trip fee. All service work will be charged at an hourly rate of $100 p/hr after the first hour. New installations can be bid or hourly depending on your needs. All work comes with a 2 warranty.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the work needed with the customer and will send over a quote for approval before work begins. Service work is always hourly and I can come out after pricing agreement to fix any wiring issues you might have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years apprenticeship with IECA in Arizona 1 year apprenticeship with ABA in Arizona General Electrician Certification from DIR California #158626 EEW (Energized Electrical Worker) Training OSHA 30 card holder
