- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide 48 private lessons each year, and therefore divide our tuition into 12 equal payments. Private lesson tuition is paid through our EZ Pay system and is $110/month for a weekly 30 minute lesson (family discount of $90 per additional student) or $200/month for a weekly 60-minute lesson. Group Classes are $160 per 8-week term and meet weekly for 45-minutes. Family discounts for additional students are $120 per 8-week term. Our Music Explorers classes for preschoolers are only $100 per 8-week term in our studio and $40 per month at one of our local preschools. Music Therapy services are $25 per 30-minute session or $60 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New students are invited to tour our music center at 303/Bell Rd. and complete registration paperwork in the studio. Once a student is registered into our system, we can then reserve a time on one of our 30 professional teachers' schedules. There is a one-time registration fee of $25 per family to join our studio.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We contract music majors, music teachers of varying degree levels, professional performers and board-certified music therapists. We work hard to provide a specialist in every instrument and style of music so that we can provide the best teacher for each individual student's needs.
