- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fair & reasonable pricing, means peace of mind for you. You know the final cost before the work begins. With other companies, you're never sure what the price will be until the job is complete. You have to watch the clock to make sure that you are only charged for the time the service person was actually working. And sometimes, unethical companies add hidden charges like; minimum time charges, travel charges, and charges for the service person to drive to the supply house to retrieve parts for your call.
