- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated. I know what my time is worth and how long these efforts can.take. These facts, plus my intense desire to help people make me sure I can compete in this arena. As long as people know they must pay for excellence, I expect we can work together to help the client move ahead.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally get together 1-1 for coffee or lunch and talk. I ask and listen, and am happy to answer any and all questions. I try not to believe my press, as it were, because I've been told so often my writing is excellent. I can keep using the tools I know and apply them to the particulars of each unique person as often as given the opportunity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep reading to stay current on how interpersonal communication is happening. I received all the technical training and practice I needed in school.
