WE LOVE DONNA! I posted a request for a yoga/meditation teacher for my friend's bachelorette party (15 ladies). Within a few minutes, Donna reached out. After talking to her on the phone, I knew she would be a great fit. The week before the big day, I informed Donna that our plans had changed a little. Donna was SUPER flexible and helped us find a beautiful park to hold an outdoor yoga session so we could still be near the red rocks. We couldn't have asked for a better yoga/meditation session. As far as logistics, Donna was so prepared and had clean mats, blocks, and accessories for us to use. She had the best music and we felt comforted from the minute we stepped on our mats. There is something special about Donna's style of teaching. She connected with us immediately and guided us through one of the best practices we've all ever had. After the yoga session, Donna took time out of her day to help us find the most amazing picnic area, where we ended up going on a short hike. It was one of the best experiences! Donna is not just a yoga teacher. She became our friend and our spiritual guru throughout the session. We all wish she could have come back to Texas with us so we can practice with her on a regular basis! There really are not enough words to describe how much of an impact she had on us. We look forward to coming back to Arizona and meeting with her again!

Extremely happy! Am a total novice and she does an excellent job guiding me through each pose. A month in and I have enjoyed every session. Good mix of yoga and meditation that puts me in a perfectly calm and energized state of mind.
Autumn was awesome at customizing our yoga class for a group of girls with experience all over the board. She made it fun and challenging and it was the perfect start to our day. Highly recommend!
I've taken Donna's yoga and barre classes. She's a fantastic teacher! Her peaceful demeanor creates a perfect safe space for the practice of yoga, and her barre classes are a killer workout! She's an amazing teacher in large and small classes, as well as one-on-one. Go take her classes!
A year ago I began the practice of hot yoga at my daughters encouragement. My daughter is a yoga instructor and said it would be good for me at this stage of my life. As a senior citizen, I was reluctant to start the practice of hot yoga. I agreed to take yoga classes at my daughters studio and that is where I met Shelly White another yoga teacher and friend of my daughter. I immediately fell in love with Shelly. Her big beautiful smile and her caring personality was what I found to be encouraging to me starting this program at my age. I soon joined a yoga studio near my home and was pleasantly surprized that Shelly taught one of my Friday afternoon classes. A bundle of nerves starting this new venture, Shelly sooned calmed me down and was very helpful to me as I learned the class and the poses. Shelly made me comfortable by being so helpful and patient with me that I never missed her Friday afternoon class after that. We have become great friends and Shelly is the greatest teacher who helped a senior start a new program of hot yoga.
Working with Lisa is a pleasure. She is patient, instructive and incorporates relaxation and meditation with work on flow and poses.
I took a multi level yoga class with Danielle a short while ago. She is an amazing instructor. Danielle brings a great deal of knowledge of yoga and different positions to her teaching. She had been extremely helpful to me in instructing poses to work on specific muscle groups. I have taken yoga classes for almost twenty years and was very impressed and enjoyed taking classes with Danielle.
Natalie is THE yoga teacher....that one teacher you eventually find that makes you understand what yoga is for me. For me, it's not about "yoga butts" or $110 leggings or doing the most convoluted pretzel shape in class (though it will work your body and increase your flexibility like nobody's business!). Natalie does an amazing job gently emphasizing that time on your mat is deeply personal. She offers tons of variations so nobody feels left out. She cues perfectly, which makes class smoother and easier to follow. Because of Natalie, I can get something out of any yoga class I visit, whether she is there or not. Natalie changed my yoga and my yoga changed me.
Danielle is an excellent instructor. Her attention to detail and method of instruction is both professional and calming. She ensures proper posture and technique with each step of instruction. I would recommend her to anyone looking for yoga instruction from beginner to advanced levels.
Terri is very knowledgable in areas including yoga, mindfulness and an eastern approach to energy, health and happiness. She is patient, kind and brings a sincere desire to help others. I would highly recommend her!
I've been attending Janet's yoga classes in Scottsdale, AZ for over 2 1/2 years and she has totally changed my life! I have severe scoliosis and suffer from chronic pain. Janet is so knowledgable and has taught me so much about posture, breathing, opening, stretching, elongating, strengthening. I look forward to her classes and feel like a million bucks when I leave her every week, always looking forward to the next adventure she has created for her students. Love her so much!

I was not very familiar with yoga before I started sessions with Renee. I found Renee to be a caring and thoughtful teacher. She shaped our sessions around stretches, breathing techniques and meditation that would be specific in aiding in my healing process after surgery. Renee encouraged me to go at a pace that I was comfortable with. The result were so significant in a short period of time. If you are looking for a positive and professional yoga teacher, I would highly recommend Renee.
Mercedes is an excellent yoga teacher! I've attended both her Hatha and vinyasa classes and I loved them. I left each class feeling both stronger and proud of myself. Mercedes is an great instructor; she provides great hands on adjustments to ensure poses are done correct and safely. Gail worked with my sister and I - both in our 60s and had never done yoga - she was wonderful and both love yoga now - if you are new to yoga - she is patient and soft spoken - you never feel uncomfortable - I would highly recommend her.
