- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do not have a typical process as I like to treat each client as an individual. Sometimes that involves getting to know the client or sometimes it is just straight to the point. I try to be as flexible and helpful as I can to best suit a client's needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with brides & grooms, family portraits, children, pets, musicians, bands, parties, corporate events, headshots... I really enjoy working with everyone and helping them capture that moment in time!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would recommend making sure that the person is reachable and communicates effectively. Sometimes you might find a fantastic photographer, but their style isn't what you originally wanted and you're both left wanting something different. A good discussion beforehand can help eliminate those difficult positions.
