I believe Securelink Security Co preys on the elderly and disabled citizens making promises they have no intention of keeping. I contacted this company a spoke to the Owner/President who is also the salesperson, Adam Scribner. We discussed products and I agreed to purchase. When the installer arrived the contract had many discrepancies and Mr Scribner flat out lied about a few things, regarding Cost, payment options and monthly fees. This is actually 3 companies Security Network who monitors the hardware alarm system. Alarm.Com who monitors the online connection and Secure Link who installs. The right had does not know what the left hand is doing and if you have an issue or need service you are put on hold for more than a week and you have to explain several times to each entity you contact before any thing ever gets done. I was treated rudely, disrespectfully, called names and told that I am a hard to please person. Not only by William who whined about everything while he worked and he insisted to NOT take any advise from me regarding camera placement or angle. Hello I was the customer & I was right, now they cameras a useless. I spoke to anther Tech Named Ryan who assured me that he would find another Tech locally to service the system for proper install on 06/23/2013. He dropped the ball and another week passed with no one contacting me. They came out of their servicing area to sell me. Had I known that I would not have signed up because too many issues regarding service and repair became a nightmare to resolve. Each entity takes no responsibility for the others behavior especially SECURELINK I was treated rudely, disrespectfully, called names and told that I am a hard to please person by Vice President Bryce, as I sat with useless equipment for almost 3 weeks. BEWARE BUYERS:: I had their useless cameras removed but am now stuck with an alarm system for 36 months with a company I despise.
