Introduction: At Phoenix Longevity Arts, our goal is to improve your fitness, health, confidence, vitality, and energy through the ancient systems of Chinese martial arts and self-defense. At PLA, we train kung fu, yoga, tai chi, qi gong, and other martial arts. You may choose any class to attend! Our kung fu and tai chi classes are held at our full-time school on the South Phoenix and North Tempe border by ASU!
The Chinese fighting arts also incorporate a complete system of wrestling and grappling that we teach in our kung fu classes. Along with practical self-defense, we practice ancient healing arts of qi gong and internal kung fu, which include tai chi.
You will also learn meditation, pressure points, Ba gua, Xingyi, animal styles of kung fu, the 5-animal play, and the Chinese classical weapons.
