- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Gratuities are always excepted, yet never expected, saying that I go out of my way to bring excellence to my clients. Calling or texting to confirm is required often times a deposit will be requested to hold your Appointmnet, to avoid cancellation, then put toward your scheduled date.
