****BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS! GO READ YELP!!! AND BELIEVE THE BAD!!!!!!! Yelp reviews claimed that they were bad, I WANTED to give them the benefit of the doubt. They made me completely rethink my generosity.**** Tonya (apparently the owners wife) sent me a quote. "This quote offers a 2 man crew at $45 hourly and $15 more every additional person which will amount to more savings for you. Contact us for information on heavier items ( safes, pianos etc.). There are no hidden costs we discuss pricing up-front with you so there are no surprises." Then someone realized they low-balled the quote and erased it on their end, hoping I would not contact them. When I contacted them, Syrenna, was shocked and had no idea what to do. "We don't have any quotes that low!" (please remember she stated WE DO NOT HAVE ANY QUOTES THAT LOW!) When I provided screenshots of the quote to prove what I was talking about, she was silent. Syrenna hesitated for a few seconds and then began, that she had "NEVER seen anything like this before." She had "NEVER seen a quote this low" and "had NEVER seen a quote disappear from Thumbtack like this either." Well, isn't that ironic. She came back a few minutes later telling me that this was a quote for labor only, and does not include the truck. (I thought you stated before that you DO NOT HAVE QUOTES THIS LOW) That being said... That is not what the quote states. At all!! In fact, the quote states NO HIDDEN FEES. A quote without a truck, without them stating that it is a labor only quote, IS A HIDDEN FEE. However, THIS IS THE REASON my quote disappeared! I asked for Robert, the owner to contact me. Hoping that we could work something out. She told me that he was in the field, but he would do so when he came in. 2 days later, not a peep! I was told by Syrenna that he would call me on the 17th, or the 18th. I even told them that I was available until 9pm on the 17th. I tried to allow extra time for Robert to contact me to see if we could come to an agreement on a middle ground for a quote, but it is clear based on the silence from ROBERT the OWNER- he has no desire to make this right. This shows me that they are hoping that, like my Thumbtack quote, they just want me to disappearFeb 20, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our specials range from $55 to $120 depending on the time of year and conditions. We are very competitive with our competition pricing. Lastly, we are extremely fair.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have several different branches to help us out..... on the customer service side we have over 20 years of dealing with the public with emphasis on customer satisfaction....... on the moving side we have over 10 years of proper furniture moving under our belt....... on the travel side we have over 40 years of driving experience. We train all our movers on proper techniques as far as packing, loading, unloading, heavy item handle, wrapping items etc.....
