Introduction: Hi! My name is Natalie Kugler. I grew up competing gymnastics for ten years and I’ve had a passion for fitness ever since. I have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness with a minor in Nutrition at Arizona State University. I coached gymnastics for five years, but I wanted to broaden my clientele, therefore, I became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I now work with general population and athletes from ages 16-70 years old. With my athletes, I provide exercises and skills that will benefit their strength/endurance in their specific sport. With my general population, I teach them about mobility/injury prevention, muscle-mind connection, how to overcome obstacles that are preventing them from a healthy lifestyle, and how to workout with proper form/technique with a balanced diet. My goal is to not only have my clients achieve their goals, but to also find a style of training that will make them love fitness/health as much as I do!

I really enjoy having Natalie as my personal trainer. She is always very supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable. Her training sessions are well though out and customized to work on what I would like to improve. She is also always flexible with her schedule and allows me to choose which days/times work best. With her as my trainer, I have no doubt that I will reach all of my fitness goals!

I cannot say enough about Natalie. I came to her at the beginning of the year after 6 months of physical therapy & 2 disc herniation in my lower back after being rear-ended. I was in horrible pain from & I could barely even move much less bend over. Now here I am a year after my car accident stronger than ever and I even stopped using my back support about a month ago now! I can hike, I can run around the yard with my dog (a pitbull) and niece and nephew again, I can roller skate, I have even noticed a difference in my work (I do blowout for a living) & best of all I feel incredible inside & out. Not only has Natalie given me the tools to achieve my goals of not having back surgery at 26, she has become a HUGE support in my life. She is very understanding, professional, punctual (which is important to me since I'm 15 minutes early to everything) hilarious, and just a super amazing person in general. If you are looking for someone who genuinely cares about your growth both as a person and in gym, definitely give Natalie a chance! 💕

Natalie is such a knowledgeable personal trainer and nutritionist. Her plans are customized for for each client and their specific needs. For instance, I’ve been working with Natalie as a bikini competitor (bodybuilding) and she has helped me throughout the whole process of building muscle and cutting down for the stage! She has given me new workout plans every month and tweaked my diet to match my goals. Natalie always makes me feel supported and confident, she is always responsive when I ask questions or just need a pep talk! I cannot recommend a better bikini or a lifestyle coach, Natalie is amazing!

Natalie is an amazing trainer! I've never loved going to the gym (mostly because I have no idea what I'm doing!), but Natalie has changed that for me. She's attentive and patient, pushing me just the right amount. I went in knowing I wanted to work on building upper body strength, and she listened and gave me some great upper body workouts, plus much more! My whole body felt great after, and I'm very grateful to have a trainer who is not only professional, but also friendly, personable, and made me feel totally comfortable in the gym. Definitely would recommend!

I’ve been working with Natalie for almost two months, and she is the best! Natalie gives very specific feedback and advice when it comes to form and getting the most out of a workout. She also offers a personalized nutrition plans that will help you achieve your fitness goals. My favorite thing about Natalie is how much she challenges me and pushes me to achieve my full potential during a personal training session. I highly recommend Natalie, and am so glad I found her on Thumbtack!
