He has a degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University, is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and a Corrective Exercise Specialist, and completed training in life coaching, hypnotherapy, holistic nutrition, and Reiki at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. His experience and knowledge with weight loss is not just professional, its personal. My dream was to be a firefighter. John helped me get there! If you are new to it or having trouble with it you know that the CPAT or BURST test can be a potential obstacle to getting an interview. With John, you'll never have that problem again. I've known John since elementary school. Fitness has always been a core principle in his life so when I needed help getting in shape he was the first person I called. He was also the only person I needed to call. I trained with John, by choice, for about 3 months. Realistically he had me at my goal in 2 weeks! He is truly an expert. He knows when to push and when to back off. He gives you the tools and the training to make the changes you want in your life. It's not just about physical fitness, it's total fitness! Mental, emotional, physical. It extends to all aspects of your life and his positivity and enthusiasm make you excited to go to every training session! He asks only one thing in return, honesty. Be honest with him and with yourself and you'll reap the rewards you work for. I don't write many reviews but recommending John is one of the easiest things I've ever done. Stop thinking, stop searching, call him now. I promise, you'll never regret it!

John was a personal trainer and worked with me for me a year as I prepared for my wedding. I don’t know if I can offer him enough praise; he was awesome to work with! First and foremost, he is very knowledgeable in his field and completely professional. In addition, his amiable personality helps create a positive workout environment. There were admittedly sessions where I thought he was asking me to do the impossible, but the reality is that he was only pushing me to do what I was capable of. It felt great to exceed the goals I had of myself and rise to his expectations. I’d highly recommend John and his expertise to any of my friends.
