The knowledge of our management team is passed onto our new employees. In addition to the state mandated certification courses, Invictus Protective Services, LLC personnel must attend additional training depending on their tier level: · Crime Free Multi-Housing Certification · Narcotics Recognition Certification · AZ DPS Unarmed and Armed Certification · Active Shooter Certification · Patrol Techniques Training · First Responder Medical Training · CPR / AED Certification · Defensive Tactics Certification · Customer Services Seminar CUSTOMER SERVICE Our administrative staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our administrative representatives are not sales people; after normal business hours they are supervisors assigned to administrative functions. Supervisory personnel are utilized as watch commanders with full authority to make supervisory decisions for Invictus Protective Services, LLC. TECHNOLOGY All of our security professionals are equipped with the most current technology, including smart phones and tablets. These allow our officers to have access to the computer aided dispatch and complete daily activity reports as well as incident reports.
