John was right on time (actually a bit early which was great.) He quickly diagnosed the issue with our dryer. He very easily could have told us we had a motor/belt issue that cost more, and I would have believed it. Instead, but he diagnosed something simple that didn’t go beyond the service fee. He also said that if he did have to come back within 30 days because that same issue wasn’t resolved, he would apply the service fee to any new costs. I really could not have asked for anything more. Definitely saving his info for my next appliance issue.

John arrived early, took apart and evaluated the oven and determined it was cheaper to get a new one based on the cost of parts and labor to repair. He showed me the price of the parts and recommended several places to look for a replacement. I would hire again.
