After posting my original review, I spoke with the Acclaimed team about the issues I experienced. They were apologetic and worked diligently to make things right. We discussed the misunderstanding regarding the scope of work and fixture replacement, and they agreed to provide a partial refund for the mishap. Originally, I had contacted Acclaimed through the Thumbtack app to repair my shower head and update the bathtub fixtures during the same visit. The quoted price increased when I mentioned fixture replacement, but after the service was completed, the fixtures had not been replaced as I had expected. While the main issue—getting water flowing from the shower head—was resolved, there were still concerns about water flow from the tub spout and the need to handle the fixture updates myself. I appreciate that the team took my feedback seriously, acknowledged the miscommunication, and took steps to address it. Their willingness to resolve the matter demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Had a water tank leakage on a house I just bought (not covered by warranty at the time). Acclaimed Drain advised they would come out and take a look for free later in the day. 20 minutes after that, they called me and said that a tech was on the way out. Surprisingly fast and thought that was great! Danny came out and looked and let me know what was needed. He completed a new water install the same day. Not only was he very efficient but very personable too. I appreciate that he let me ask questions to learn for future knowledge too. Any water heater or plumbing issues I would definitely hire Acclaimed Drain! Fantastic work and fantastic communication! Thank you!!

We appreciated Aram's quick response same day and he was able to change his schedule for the following day to fit us in as we had a major water leak under our driveway. He brought another worker with him to do the work which required cutting thru brick and cement driveway and digging a deep trench. The plan was to connect a new pipe the next day but accidentally cut the old pipe requiring the new pipe to be placed after going to the store to buy materials and left around 5 pm. Next day only Aram came back to clean up and had exhausting work of putting the brick back in place and filling in dirt. Not happy that we still will need to hire someone to replace the broken bricks and repair the driveway but that is not their specialty and the contract did say they do not do landscape or concrete work. The plumbing job was finished basically the next day after our request and felt that was done well.
